Anorexia: Lanugo not uncommon in advanced cases. Good sign is you are seeking help. Talk to your pcp for referral for evaluation and tx.

Weight restoration : I have seen even impressive cases of lanugo (which can be dark) go away completely with adequate weight restoration. If you do not become weight restored the lanugo will stay.
