Depends: I do not know how long ago your surgery was. The first few weeks after gallbladder surgery there may be some gas and bloating or discomfort, possibly worse after eating fatty foods. That usually resolves. If pain is late after surgery recovery, may need to see your doctor. If the pain is getting severe and associated with nausea or vomiting early after surgery, then call and see your surgeon asap.
