What're causes of rectal bleeding, abdominal pain, and fatigue?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Colitis or worse: Recent onset or chronic issue? Abdominal pain with bloody bms is typically a sign of colitis. If you have been bleeding for a while, or a large quantity in a short time, you may be anemic - hence fatigue. Don't wait for your symptoms to get worse while hoping the problem to get better on its own. Sound s like a good time to call your doctor or go to the emergency room.
