Combination symptoms: Schizoaffective d/o can be thought of as a combination of bilpolar and scizophrenia symptoms. As with bipolar, schizoaffective have mood swings that can range from depression to mania. However, the person usually exhibits psychosis more charaxteristic of schiz, bizarre delusions. Functioning is often severly impaired and it's a chronic illness.
