Possible, not likely: You would need a pretty dextrous tongue to feel tonsiliths (tonsil stones). Typically the stones are whitish to yellowish in color with a foul odor. If this is a recurrent problem, tonsillectomy will prevent it from recurring. If you have some other lump or growth in the mouth, get it check out, especially if it is changing, .
