What is the best way to drain a blister?

Carefully: With a sterile needle, you can poke a hole and allow the fluid to drain. It is preferable to leave the roof of the blister intact as it will act as a biological dressing. After, it is drained antibiotic solution/ointment with a band-aid is a good idea.
