No: The drug is a Dopamine agonist, and works as a synthetic mimicker of brain dopamine, but has several drawbacks, including falling asleep while driving due to somnolence. Hallucinations have been reported, and an impulse dyscontrol syndrome has lead to gambling, hypersexuality, and poor judgement. Not a laziness, but rather a behavioral alteration of baseline function.
