SEX WITH HIV+ ONCE: Yes you can if you are a female, but chances are less than if you have repeated sex with that person.If you are a man and have sex once with a HIV positive partner the chances are much less than if you are a woman but it is possible for both men and women if you have unprotected sex so if you have to have sex use condom, to protect yourself.

Yes: Every HIV infection came from a single encounter, and there's no reason it can't be your first. The chances of infection increase with more unprotected sex.
