HIV is Hard To Get: Hiv is not contracted this way. But, hepatitis c can be. These two, potentially deadly viruses, have different transmission stories. If you have not been tested for hepatitis c, i would advise you become aware of this common infection. I would also advise, given your concern, that you get acquainted with HIV infection and how to protect yourself as well.
