Relocation possible: You don't necessarily remove it completely. You cannot monitor it for changes that would suggest cancer if it sits hidden in your abdomen, but it may still provide proper hormonal support for your body.Surgery to relocate to your scrotum may be possible.If not and the other normal testis is in the scrotum it could be removed without harming your system.
