Increase fiber/fluid: Take more fiber and increase your fluid intake. Raisins can help, fruits/veggies have higher fiber content which helps absorb fluids and promote better bm's. Increasing water is important as well so there is enough fluid for the fiber to absorb. Probiotics are wonderful sources to promote gut health and provide better consistency of bm's too. Yogurt, etc.
