Don't try: Don't try to suck out venom, cut the area, place ice on the area, or constrict blood flow. Simply immobilize the area and get the bite victim to a medical care center (er) for care asap. Furthermore, if you did try to suck out the venom and had a mouth sore, dental care/infection, you could get venom into your system as well.
