See Below: Find out what triggers your anger. Much of the time when we feel out of control, frustration might result. Identify things you can/cannot control. Work on things you can, and let go of things you cannot control. Practice relaxation (you can google the scripts), meditation, exercise; balanced diet. Establish time for yourself to help deal with stress. Seek help, if become overwhelmed.
