300mg over 24 hours: Usual dosage is 25-50mg every 4-6 hours as needed and so the max dose comes out to be about 300mg. I am not sure what you are using the medication for--it is often used for allergies, insomnia, motion sickness, cough, and even parkinsonism. This is an older antihistamine and can cause quite a bit of sedation/grogginess. Consult doc if you have trouble. Good luck.
