Heart? Cuff tear?: Not much info, here, but if it just arose &/or if you have associated symptoms like shortness of breath or perspiring, seek help asap: it could signal heart attack. Could be referred pain from chest, neck, or rib, muscle strain, rotator cuff or ligament tear. Go see your osteopathic primary care doc for proper assessment.Many of these (not heart!) can be treated with manipulation or other measures.
