If you are otherwise in good health, the mucus membrane should return to normal after you've recovered from the initial lung infection, which usually lasts for several days.

Headache : Bronchitis can be caused mostly by virus and this virus can infect sinus as well . Sinus infection can cause headaches . Headaches can be due to bronchitis itself. Wing bad or migraine or tension headaches . please see your GP for examination.
