Bad diagnosis.: Nifh (non-immune fetal hydrops) is a rare but serious diagnosis that can prove lethal for the fetus and dangerous for the mother. Its causes are multiple (structural cardiac defects being one of the most common with or without arrhythmia) and its outcome depends on the gestational age at diagnosis (earlier is worse) and availability of expert perinatal care at a tertiary hospital. Good luck!
