ENT evaluation: You will need an ear nose throat specialist evaluation because this could be due to inflammation/infection of the inner ear. The inner ear in addition to a special part of the brain (the cerebellum) is responsible for our balance. If affected can cause vertigo, nausea and ringing sensation in the ear.
