Have this checked: out right away. (Especially if you had a lobe of your right lung removed in 2010 ) Balance is off, pain in the back of the head, nausea, ringing in the ear could be due to a mass lesion due to bleed, infarct with swelling or tumor in your posterior fossa (cerebellum) You need a good exam and a CT with thin slices of the posterior fossa to start ) An MRI would be better (if possible)
