Is there a process of declogging the blocked arteries without operation?

Yes: Depending on your specific circumstances there are lots of options that do not require surgery. For example balloon angioplasty and stenting can be used. There are also some situations where we remove clots with drugs called thrombolytics to remove fresh clot. It really depends on the location of the problem, the cause of the problem, and the patient.

Fix artery w/o surg?: There are many endovascular procedures to improve flow through a partially clogged artery that do not require a knife.
