Lots more to look at: Pelvic pain can have a long list of causes. In women your age endometriosis is common. Other choices include fibroids, scar tissue, intestinal problems, kidney stones, bladder problems, etc. You need help. Find a doctor you trust and go see them. The source of pelvic pain can be difficult to find and hard to cure, but it can be done!
