Yes, may bleed more: Excedrin contains a combination of acetaminophen, aspirin, and caffeine. This may work in decreasing menstrual pain. The Aspirin may incease your menstrual bleeding. Ibuprofen (advil, Motrin ib) or Naproxen (aleve).
