Suboxone: There is no way to really alleviate the pain other than to know that it won't last forever. Typically, opiate withdrawal symptoms last 3-14 days depending on the drug you've been taking and how long you have taken it. Some things you can do to help the symptoms are to get good sleep (use med if necessary), exercise. Suboxone can be used as well. Good luck.

See a Specialist: You need to see a pain specialist or a drug detox program. Both should be able to get you off the opiates. The fellowship trained pain specialist will have options for you to use or try interventions that may help relieve your pain while coming off opiates.
