For most people, no.: Routine smallpox vaccination was abandoned decades ago because natural smallpox did not exist and side effects occurred from the vaccine.

No: Smallpox was declared eradicated in 1979 by the world health organization. The only places where the virus might be located would be at specific (& few) laboratories.
