Yes: There are not a lot of people because this disease hits those over 60 more often but we have had patients in their 20's with multiple myeloma, a very few who were also pregnant.

Yes: We evaluated this recently for a patient & there have been about a dozen case reports with women diagnosed during pregnancy and also getting pregnant & delivering safely after diagnosis. Definitely rare & hi risk necessitating long discussions with hematologist & ob.
