Aggressiveness: Grade is is how aggressive the cancer looks under the microscope, with grade 1 being slower growing than grade 3.

Endometrial cancer : Grade refers to the amount of which the tumor does not look like endometrium anymore. The more solid areas the higher the grade. The higher the grade the worse the prognosis.
