Acne: Acne or seborrhea on the ace can flare in pregnancy. Acne can be treated with otc acne products or topical antibiotics. Seborrhea a scaly rash can be treated with Hydrocortisone cream. Topicla Nizoral (ketoconazole) creams works well also.
