Weight Training: Start slowly and build up the amount of weight you use, and over time you will see an increase in muscle mass in the area you train. If you can afford a personal trainer, i highly advise it for good form in training. Never overdo the training and don't be in a rush to develop muscle as weight training can lead to serious injury if not done properly.
