Alters the structure: Nose reshaping or rhinoplasty involves the reshaping of the bone and cartilage structures of the nose. This might include some conservative removal of tissues or just reshaping and repositioning. This can be done from inside the nose or with small external incisions that are well hidden. You should consult with an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon to see what is best for you.
