Yes. : It's good to keep active and exercising during a normal pregnancy. I would avoid heavy surf though. Might throw you off balance more easily in the later weeks of pregnancy.

Yes: Tyere is no restriction during pregnancy and going in the beach. It is important to know that your center of gravity changes with pregnancy which may make your footing in the sand trecherous. Just be cautious. Additionally, remember to use spf. As long as you don't swallow any of the water, you can enjoy. Be cautious where you step!
