Get it checked: It doesn't sound like an infection or a normal cut or scrape. I would get this checked out. There are benign skin lesions that can appear and sometimes bleed (seborrheic keratosis), but also ones that are more dangerous like squamous cell and basal cell. If it's been there for a few weeks and not healing, get it looked at by your doc!
