Test converts to Est: Testosterone can be converted to estrogen in the male. Some conversion is normal and desirable for optimal health. Excess conversion may cause gynecomastia (man boobs), mood swings and other problems. Excess conversion can be reduced with medication. If you are taking too much testosterone, excess conversion is very likely.
