How can i treat a rash that shows up after coming out of the ocean?

Antihistamines: After swimming in the ocean, take a shower, rinse off, then take an antihistamine. If there are areas that are still itching, then apply a steroid cream. This needs to be evaluated by a specialist in skin diseases such as a board certified allergist or dermatologist.
