Yes: You should burp your baby every 3-5 minutes during feeding to help them deal with the air they swallow during feeding. This is important to help avoid gas pain and to keep their stomachs from getting full of air instead of food!

Yes: Yes. Babies need help burping. For newborn, try burping every one to row ounces and after feeds as well. Babies with lots of spitting up or reflux may need even more help.
