Not very likely: Mandibular tori are benign dense bone growths, more commonly located on the lingual (tongue side) of the lower jaw. They are usually slow growing, appearing as a single hard nodule or multiple nodules on both sides of the lower jaw. Labial (lip side or cheek side) tori or exostosi can also develop.
