Why rotating?: If a certain pain pill is given for purpose of short-term pain control, and it works w/o causing problem, why rotate? Like all-other-meds, the smallest effective dose and the shortest time needed is recommended. Some meds are needed for life, and still smallest effective dose is recommended. Consult your doc. Good luck.
