HPV as recommended: I would follow the recommendations of the aap and cdc and proceed with the hpv vaccines. If your doctor mom ever wants to become a grandmom, one day you will shed the condoms. Hopefully it will be in a committed long-term relationship such as marriage. Also, hpv is spread by contact and condoms were only around 70% effective in reducing transmission from male to female in a 2006 nejm study.
