Neonatal Acne: This is very common and resolves on its own. Neonatal acne (birth - 3 months of life) is a reaction to malassezia yeast as well as the maternal hormones in-utero. This all resolves spontaneously by month 3 of life. Infantile acne (3 - 6months of life) is a bit more complicated but can be treated. However, you should see your pediatrician for help with this.
