Scars: The acne lesions can lead to scars quite quickly. Sometimes the fat is les under the acne leaving behind a depression as you are describing. The scars can be rolling like hills and valleys, ice pick , like a puncture and box car kind of train like. They may get better in time or you can undergo a resurfacing once the acne is under full control. A series of chemical peels, laser resurfacing all help.
