Replace it : Find another activity you like to do. Try to find somebody to do some other activity with. Find a new sexual partner. Unless you are doing it so often that it is interfering with your life, it is not medically harmful. Doing it less often might make each time you do it more intense. If you think you truly have a hormone problem then talk to your doctor...That would be rare, but possible.
