Healthy Masturbation: You don't. At least from a medical perspective. This is impossible. It is normal, natural and needed. Plain and simple frequent and regular masturbation is not only normal it can be a sign of good physical and mental health. We do know that those gentlemen who ejaculate on a frequent basis have less prostate cancer. One is never too old to have a healthy sexuality.

You don't: If it's right for you, a quality romantic relationship will be more fulfilling that what you're doing now, but you'll still enjoy your body and your thoughts / pictures from time to time, just because you're a man. Nobody's going to change this. Think about something nice -- maybe even somebody you love -- rather than internet trash.

Happy marriage: But don't do this until you are completely sure you have found that one special person who's right for you. Until then, entertaining yourself will help you learn about your mind and body to prepare you for that happy time. It'll keep you comfortable and able to focus on life. You might talk with your personal physician -- or maybe even dad.

Many ways, but why?: It should be harmless as long as one does not use too much force or friction on his or her genitals. Realize that the body has essentially the same response to masturbation as to sex for the purpose of reproduction. That means the body reacts just as it does during sexual intercourse, which of course, has no harmful side effects on the body. If the habit is causing anxiety, there are ways to stop.

Find real love: Listen, big fellow. All normal men need to keep the pressure down, by whatever means, just so that we can go about daily life and do the other things that we want and need to. That being said, try to find some healthy romance, maybe even a lifetime partner. And when you're by yourself, think about wholesome love rather than internet trash. That's 100% healthy for you. Best wishes.
