Many variables:: Caliber of gun; location of wound (upper or lower arm); extent of injury (tissue loss); structures damaged (bone/artery/nerve); comorbid conditions like diabetes, immunosuppression, etc. Ask the surgeon(s) who repaired the injury for an estimate of healing time.

Depends...: That depends upon what was injured...Skin, fat, muscle, nerve, bone. If you were lucky and only skin and fat was penetrated by a small bullet, it might be as short as a few weeks.
