Pos or neg HBeAb: If you have chronic hepatitis b, a goal of therapy is to convert from a hepatitis b e antigen (hbeag) to a e antibody (hbeab)', which means your infection is less active and which makes you less likely to transmit the virus to someone else. With antibody tests, "reactive" is positive and "non-reactive" is negative. A reactive hbeab is desirable.
