Unlikely: Pneumonia is an infection of the lung(s) by bacteria/virus/fungus. Unless a person aspirates food into the lungs, which may then be source of food for germs, cheese is unlikely source of pneumonia. Analysis of sputum from lungs may show cause of infxn. See doc.
