Ask your Imam.: This question is best answered by an imam or other practitioner of islam. Doctors do operations for medical/cosmetic indications. Ultimately, it depends on the patient's depth of faith and the depth of the patient's family's faith. There are catholics that have abortions and jehovah's witnesses that accept blood transfusions. The person you have to really ask is yourself.

Ask religious leader: From a medical standpoint, a reduction is often considered a medical procedure to reduce pain and skin complications from heavy breast. A lift tends to be more cosmetic in nature. Whereas the jewish religion will often consider cosmetic procedures to restore ones self esteem and confidence and psyche, they are generally co domes for this purpose. However, islam is less clear and open interpretatio.
