Yes: there are many ways to do this. You can take ibuprofen 600mg every 6 hours starting the day b4 your period for 3 days. You can also try almost any type of birth control - pills, the patch, the vaginal ring, the IUD, the implant, depo shot - they will all help. You also could consider something called an endometrial ablation. You would need to see a doctor to discuss that.
