Not uncommon: Women who are taking birth control pills continuously will sometimes have breakthrough bleeding. And of course bleeding can be associated with cramping. Extra estrogen can be used temporarily to stop this. It would be best to see your gynecologist soon.

See your doctor: In spite of bc pills and endo, pregnancy is a remote possibility. Another possibility is an endometrioma cyst which may have burst. Endometriosis can progress, even when on bc pills. See your gynecologist for an exam and an ultrasound.
