In moderation: If you have low blood pressure, the warmth of the tub can cause your BP to drop, and you may feel light headed or even faint on standing up after a soak. Biggest risk is allowing your body temperature to rise too high after a prolonged soak. It is usually safe if temperature at or below 102 deg f and soak time of under 15 min.
