Can pregnancy cause sore arms? i cannot get comfortable laying down and when i get up they're sooo sore. my lower back is too. also acne has increased

Pregnancy: Pregnancy has multiple effects in your muscles. The hormonal changes often affect ligaments which may present as "soreness". Also, pregnancy may affect your potassium/calcium levels. Both if which may affect muscles. It's important to stay hydrated, take a prenatal vitamin, and eat a healthy diet. Some discomforts are just discomforts of pregnancy, from just being pregnant. If worse, call an ob.
