Stress management: Congratulations on your wedding. I recommend 8 hours of sleep, possibly with the help of melatonin. Next i would look into guided imagery, deep breathing, yoga, prayer and meditation. These techniques are notable in the literature. Lastly, focus on the beautiful days ahead and rid your brain of any worries you cannot control. These negative thoughts are waistedull and lead to more stress.

Try to delegate : and simplify whatever you can. Let the best man and best woman, wedding party, and close family members help with whatever they can. Use books that help you plan out all the details as far in advance as possible. Hire a wedding planner if you can afford it.
